friendly staff cute staff proper balcony higher price
staff were friendly and cute, making my stay acceptable.
the hotel is not a real five star place like they say it is. my room had no proper balcony, even though they charge much more for rooms like that. i expected more for the price, it just seemed a little bit cheap.

the gym was well-equipped with three treadmills i appreciate that. the room included two separate sinks which aided our morning routines. i found the breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection of fresh fruit every day a true highlight.

The bedroom offered ample plug sockets, along with functional furniture. A combination of Cypriot and international cuisine was available. The staff was helpful. I found Katarina to be especially kind. She always had a smile
The hotel did not offer chef's treats upon departure, even though they were listed as an amenity. I think the hotel should provide all advertised amenities.

adults-only pool excellent facilities regular towel changes
I found the facilities were excellent, especially the separate adults-only pool it was a fantastic retreat. the hotel has a great setup for families with children, they offer personalised meals and special crockery. housekeeping was amazing with regular towel changes. This was handy given the hot weather
The kids playground had a few broken toys. It would be good to see them replaced soon.

i enjoyed the sea view room it had a amazing view i appreciated the breakfast buffet it was fresh and delicious you could have an ice latte with your regular coffee they have two adult only pool areas i found steps by the hotel lead down to the sea
the room was spacious yet the balcony only had two seats i thought they expected someone to sit on the floor

attentive service convenient location
i appreciated the attentive service from the staff. the hotel's location along the coastline was very convenient. it allowed for quick access to the beach and nearby attractions. the modern spa provided a tranquil experience with various treatments.
the hallway air conditioning was not very effective. this made the walk to the rooms a bit uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day.
