The hotel did not offer chef's treats upon departure, even though they were listed as an amenity. I think the hotel should provide all advertised amenities.

I found the facilities were excellent, especially the separate adults-only pool it was a fantastic retreat. the hotel has a great setup for families with children, they offer personalised meals and special crockery. housekeeping was amazing with regular towel changes. This was handy given the hot weather
The kids playground had a few broken toys. It would be good to see them replaced soon.

i appreciated the attentive service from the staff. the hotel's location along the coastline was very convenient. it allowed for quick access to the beach and nearby attractions. the modern spa provided a tranquil experience with various treatments.
the hallway air conditioning was not very effective. this made the walk to the rooms a bit uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day.
